QA/QC Introduction

As a professional inkjet ink manufacturer, we know that quality comes first.

For each Hongsam inkjet ink, we choose premium raw material from Germany, Japan and America. Once the formula is set, we won't change any raw material supplier.

For each new product, we will do continuous printing and comparison testing. The new product won't be released until it satisfies our professional particular engineers.

For each batch of inkjet inks, we will record the data of physical and chemical items to make sure the consistence of different batches.

For any quality complaints, our complete QC system will solve the problem in two workdays.
